Since its inception, Inspired has been a community project, a collaborative venture supported in countless ways by folks near and far, non-profit organizations, foundations, civic groups, schools, companies, even friends and family. In fact, companies that could be perceived as competitors have rallied behind us. We’ve partnered with one such company, Boxed and Burlap Coffee and Roastery, to bring you a signature roast that you won’t find anywhere else in the area. According to owners John and Lindsay Neighbors, their company aspires to “feed the human soul with peace, comfort, hope and inspiration.” The Neighbors view Inspired Coffee as a means to expand their impact in the community rather than a threat.

This is a light roast blend coming from a Columbian bean. It has a medium body with rich taste and citrus acidity.

Lake Geneva Coffee Roast

This is Inspired’s espresso roast. It’s a dark roast from central South America and features that old, rich, creamy flavor.

This partnership just makes sense. Jeremiah Fox, a resident of Lake Geneva, is legally blind and uses his keen sense of smell, hearing, and taste to roast our espresso. Using the assistance of talking timers and tactile points on his machine’s controls, he can adjust the temperature and air flow. His small batch, clean-air roasting process ensures quality, consistency and freshness which results in a naturally sweet, smooth and stomach friendly roast. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support a local business that aligns perfectly with our mission.
